3 Ways You Can Donate Financially to Support Our Efforts
Through PayPal
You can click on the Donate button and follow the steps to donate to us through PayPal. These are typically one time donations. If you would like to donate on a continuing basis, see below.

You can send us a contribution through the mail. We are a 501(c)(3) organization under federal income tax laws and we are a nonprofit and tax exempt organization under Oregon law.

To Set Up a Continuing Donation:
We are a largely volunteer organization. We are able to continue our operations through grants and public donations. If you would like to support our efforts with a monthly amount, you can do so through setting up an payment. You can do it by setting up an Automatic Fund Transfer. Follow these steps:
1. Contact your bank or financial institution. 2. Request a form on which you initiate the Automatic Fund Transfer. 3. Call us at (541) 383-2793 and we will provide our bank account routing number. Our bank is Bank of the Cascades. (We cannot publish it on this web site for security reasons). 4. Fill in our routing number on the form your bank provides, submit it to your bank and designate a start date.

To Donate Supplies, Clothing, Food or Equipment
Through the VA Outpatient Clinic
We have a cart at the VA Clinic, 2115 NE Wyatt Court, Suite 201, Bend, OR. You can drop off food, clothing, supplies or camping equipment at the VA Clinic. We routinely check the cart to pick up donations.

You can bring your food, clothing, equipment, supplies, etc. to our offices. We are located at:

Unfortunately, we have no capability to pick up donations.
What we Need:
Cases of bottled water
Clothing: We have recurring needs for socks, underwear (briefs and boxers), t-shirts (short sleeve and long sleeve), outdoor-type shirts and pants, blue jeans Outdoor sweaters, coatsRain gear
Food: We have recurring needs for: Canned meats like spam, ham, chicken, or canned fish like tuna, sardines, etc. Canned chili Canned beans Canned vegetables Protein bars Powdered kool-aid or Gatorade Crackers, chips or similar nonperishable items
Dry dog and cat food
Large 3-mil garbage bags
Camping Equipment & Supplies: Tents (1-2 person) Tarps (8x12 size) Backpacks Sleeping bags Small propane canisters 1-burner stoves P-38’s 5-6 gallon water containers
Hygiene Kit Items: Small tubes of toothpaste Toothbrushes Small bottles of shampoo Small deodorants Disposable razors Small shaving creams Hankerchiefs
First Aid Items Neosporin Band-aids Toothache medicine Aspirin Q-tips
NOTE – We don’t need dress shirts, but polo shirts, flannel, etc. are fine. We also don’t need dress slacks or dress shoes. We also are unable to use donations of large appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, TVs, old computers, etc. We will accept them but we do have sufficient storage space and we take these items to Bend’s Community Center for their thrift store.
If you drop off donations at our office, we will provide you with a donation receipt. If you drop off donations at the VA Clinic, please contact us and we will send you a donation receipt.
